CADLSOFT Terms of Service
Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before accessing or using
CADLSOFT’s mobile games (“Games”) developed and published by CADLSOFT. By
accessing or using any of our Games, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you
do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use our Games.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using any of our Games, you confirm that you have read,
understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy,
available at Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
2. ELIGIBILITY
To use our Games, you must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18 years old,
you must have the consent of your parent or legal guardian to access and use our
Games.
3. LICENSE
CADLSOFT grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable,
non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and use our Games for your
personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. You may not use our Games
for any other purpose without our express written consent.
4. RESTRICTIONS
You agree not to:
a. Use our Games for any illegal or unauthorized purpose;
b. Modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license,
create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content, software, products, or
services obtained from our Games;
c. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our Games or their systems, or interfere
with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our Games;
d. Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights
notices contained in or on our Games;
e. Use any automated system or software to extract data from our Games for
commercial purposes.
5. USER GENERATED CONTENT
Any content you create or submit while using our Games, such as usernames,
messages, or in-game creations, becomes the property of CADLSOFT, and you
grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license
to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform such
content for any purpose.
6. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our Games may be distributed through various app stores and may include links to
third-party websites or services. We have no control over, and assume no
responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party
websites or services.
7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Our Games are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. CADLSOFT
disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties
of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall CADLSOFT or
its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, or licensors be liable for any
direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including, but
not limited to, loss of profits, data, or goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting
from your use of our Games.
9. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CADLSOFT and its affiliates,
officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors from and against any and all
claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses,
including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your use of our Games or your
violation of these Terms.
10.GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to
submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in England and
Wales to resolve any dispute or claim arising from these Terms.
11. CHANGES TO TERMS
CADLSOFT reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these
Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide
at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a
material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or
use our Games after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the
revised terms.
12.TERMINATION
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Games immediately, without prior
notice or liability, for any reason, including, but not limited to, if you breach these
Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our Games will immediately cease. All
provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall
survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty
disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

14.SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of
competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full

15.ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement
between you and CADLSOFT regarding your use of our Games, superseding any
prior agreements between you and CADLSOFT concerning your use of our Games.
